How Being Homeless Is More Environmentally Friendly

Being homeless might not be as bad as it seems (if you don’t know, I am being sarcastic but!), just look at all the creative ways to make use of the least for the most. Don’t know what to do with your old newspapers and cardboards? Make them into beds and blankets! You can even build yourself a small castle within minutes. Mind you, it takes a lot of skill to build the cardboards up without them falling apart every single second.

The pictures below are all by a photographer called Michael Wolf, check out all his amazing works over at his site - http://photomichaelwolf.com/

Even broken chairs could be remade into something arty farty. Look at all these chairs! The colors and contrast against the environment are simply amazing. Don’t you feel the life and stories behind all these pictures?

Time and time again, we are proven that with a little creativity, we could create a whole new perspective and interesting usability of things. Remember how we reuse our old t-shirts to make them into different useful products in this blog post?

Even though I am not encouraging anyone to be homeless (if you have a shelter above your head, you better be grateful because there’s certainly a whole bunch of people who would fight their way to get what you have), you can see so many inspiring methods that they use to survive with such little resources. Yet we, who had so much, complained so much about having so little. Is it because we tend to forget how fortunate we actually are? Taking things for granted and wasting resources when all we need to do is just that extra step to reuse, reduce, recycle.
